At Legacy, we will abide by and enforce the Student Code of Conduct which will be provided to all students. Please read and go over these rules and regulations with your student. Administration and staff, will cover and teach all school specific rules and procedures to your students.

Legacy Elementary will be a PBS school. PBS stands for Positive Behavior Support. This is a system that rewards students with "Legacy Loot" which is our school money. Students can earn this money by meeting our school wide expectations.

R - Respect

O- On Task

A - Aim High

R - Responsibility

All staff members will have Legacy Loot to disperse to students who are found meeting expectations. There will be opportunities for students to spend their money through out the school year. Students will be informed in advance of any spending events or activities.

Teachers will provide in class interventions to help students who may be struggling with behavior. Communication will be greatly encouraged so that we are all on the same page in order to ensure a successful school year for your student. In the case that classroom interventions are not successful and/or an egregious act occurs, students will be referred to the Dean. At this point, parents/guardians will be contacted and informed of the disciplinary decision that has been made.
